Trademark Realty & Management, LLC. is committed  to working with it’s Home Owner Associations to insure the financial well-being of the HOA, achieves the goals of the HOA and to make certain that the property is maintained according to the wishes of the HOA. As your new association manager, we will work with the Board and Owners to understand the unique qualities of the property and provide the required level of customer service, creativity and communication.

Our immediate goal is to work with hand-in-hand with the Board to understand all current issues that the Association is faced with and help to provide effective resolutions with those matters. We will assist in creating a customized, flexible management and accounting process that works with the requirements of the HOA.

 Trademark was founded in 2003 and developed on the idea of being a one-stop-shop for investors.  Operating in four divisions, we  provide a broad range of Property Management, Real Estate, Construction and Field Services.
